Standpipe Acceptance Test Failure
A recent acceptance test of a standpipe system caused the system to fail in two places. Both of the problems were repaired and the system passed its acceptance test at 200 psi for two hours. This proves there is a good reason to do acceptance tests on fire protection systems.
